PASTORAL HOLISTIC MINISTER PROGRAMS:  For Nurses Only
A Whole (Body, Spirit, Mind) Model Of Care

Are you looking for a way to integrate your spirituality with your nursing profession?

The Pastoral Holistic Minister (PHM©)[1] Program provides a way for nurses to integrate their spirituality with their nursing knowledge.  A PHM is a licensed nurse who senses a call to serve in a religious body, a hospital, or in a community center.  By working in partnership with the organization, the PHM's role would be to address the wholeness (physical, emotional, and spiritual) needs of the people.  The primary purpose is to promote holistic health through prevention.  Pastoral means one who provides overall spiritual guidance.

The Certified PHM is equipped to serve in the Chaplain Department position of the hospital is Pastoral Care Team.
