Monthly Payment Plan:

• Application Fee:  Non-Refundable 

• $50.00 U.S.  $62.50 Canadian

• Administration Fees:  A $150.00 Administration fee will be charged each student for the overall length of their program.

• Tuition Program Cost:  The cost per credit hour/program:  $55.00 for Undergraduate Degrees and $95.00 per Graduate Degrees.

• Certification Program:  $1,000.00 includes the cost of the program and all course materials and books. 

• Course Materials:  All course materials are purchased from the school and are not included in the overall program cost.

• Down Payment Cost:  Amount varies per course, first payment due prior to course(s) being sent. A copy of the program/course payment chart will be sent to the student.

• In-House Payment Plan:  Each student will receive a copy of the payment chart for their program.  All payments are due on the 4th of each month.

• Payment in Full:  Each course prior to course being sent or payment in full for the entire program. Payment of entire program cost will receive a 10% discount.

• $35.00/monthly supervision paid to the supervisor (this is in addition to the Program Cost - there is not a discount on supervisor fees).

• Credit Card Payments:  We now have PAYPAL available for those students desiring to pay online.

Program Costs

1.  Certification Program (Total Cost) $1,000.00:  This includes the cost of the program and all course materials and books. 
2.  Degree Programs:  The cost is dependent upon the total number of credit hours required to complete the Program of Study chosen.

Bachelor Degree Programs:  $55.00/credit hour    $6,710.00
 

• Total Credit Hours Required: 122 hours

• We offer degree completion
   

Master Degree Programs:  $95/credit hour    $4,465.00 - $4,940.00
 

• A Bachelor Degree is required before entrance into the Master Degree Programs.

• Total Credit Hours Required:  Pastoral Counseling ,  Pastoral Holistic Minister, Degrees:  47 hours/Program

• Total Credit Hours Required:  Theology/Religious Studies Degree:  52 hours/Program

Doctoral Degree Programs:  $95/credit hour $5,985.00 -$6,175.00
 

• A Master Degree is required before entrance into the Doctoral Studies.

• Total Credit Hours Required for Doctorate in:  Pastoral Counseling, Pastoral Holistic Minister Degrees: 63 hours/Program and Theology/Religious Studies Degree: 65 hours/Program 

Individual Courses For Credit

Individual Courses for Credit:  May be taken, but supervision is required.

Auditing Classes

• To Audit a Class:  $60.00 US plus the cost of the materials.  $83.00 Canadian plus the cost of the materials.

• Application Fee:  Non-Refundable $20.00 U.S., $22.50 Canadian

• Supervision fee:  @ $35.00 per supervision.

• Shipping and Handling Charges:  $6.50 U.S. will be added for all individual and audited courses; $8.50 will be added to out of country shipping and handling.
